Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be in writing via email.
End of term cancellations can only be requested within the last 30 days of the contract. Please also allow 2 business days for processing. Charges incurred while processing cancellations will not be refunded.
Any cancellation requests prior to contract term must show proof of moving more than 25 miles away from all locations or have a medical note.
