Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be in writing.
All memberships are under 12-month minimum contacts (except student plans) and we are only able to receive email requests to cancel when you are wihin 30 days of your contract term date.
Any cancellation requests prior to contract term must show proof of moving more than 25 miles away or have a medical note.
